If your product is in stock, it will ship within 2-4 days. If I have to make it, it will take longer, but I will be in contact with you about time frame. Once it is shipped, it will have a tracking number and can be followed through the carrier.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48. Anything beyond will be up to the buyer, which is based on weight and dimensions. I do try to keep shipping costs down…for me and you.

You must contact me to change or cancel. Since a lot of the work is made to order, we need to have a conversation for changes or cancellations. Phone call, email, message. Its not hard. I’m easy to get along with.

Honestly, this hasn’t come up. Like cancellations and changes, you must contact me to return items. Lets talk about it and find a solution.

If I custom make you something, you are now married to it for life unless we work something out. You can’t expect me to customize something for your needs and then take it back.


Sure enough. As long as UPS, Fed Ex or USPS ships to you. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs if you live somewhere other than the lower 48 in the U.S. o’ A.

Delivery time is dependent on shipper, climate, time of year and phases of the moon. Whereas I will provide a tracking number so you can follow your packages journey from my shop to your door step, the reliability of the shipping services is beyond my pay grade.

Costs are based on the size, weight, speed, and provider. We cover shipping to the lower 48 in the United States. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for shipping costs, which will be based on who can get it to them and how quickly they want it. However, as a personal and professional policy, I don’t pad shipping costs.

My wife would recommend that you track orders through the shipper. Not me. I have a hard enough time keeping track of myself, much less your order once it is on its way. However, I will provide a tracking number when I ship the order.
